We'll be sprinting, skipping, jumping and bounding, all while teaching you the techniques and guidelines to take your athleticism to the next level!
Our Speed & Plyo Program runs every Saturday from 1:00–2:00 PM at our South location starting in June. Built to improve acceleration, top speed, and explosiveness, this program targets the speed side of power — because elite performance requires both force and speed. It pairs perfectly with Vert Academy or any strength training program. Choose full summer, monthly, or drop-in options and get faster this summer.
