Service Description
Maximize your vertical jump through sport-specific, evidence-based training. Increase your power production and reach new heights with strength training, plyometrics and on-court volleyball sessions. To ensure an advanced training experience, we only accept 16 highly motivated athletes who have club experience and are dedicated to achieving long-term results. Program begins with vertical jump testing. Program Schedule: 10 week program starting September 8th. Cant commit to the full 10 weeks? Check out our 5 week options! Monday's: 5:00-6:00pm Strength followed by 6:00-7:00pm On Court Thursday's: 4:30-5:30pm On Court followed by 5:30-6:30pm Strength **Fridays: 4:30-5:30pm Speed and Plyo Session All Sessions will be at the Volleyball Academy. **Our speed and plyo sessions runs as a separate program that is included in the Fall Vert Academy. *Program will not be prorated * *Minimum of 6 athletes required or program will be subject to cancellation.*
