FALL VERT ACADEMY - 15U GIRLS
Eligibility: 15U Club Athletes
Program duration:
Part 1: September 8th - October 8th
Part 2: October 13th - November 12th
No school volleyball? No Problem!
You asked, we delivered! For the first time ever, we are offering Vert Academy in the fall! With junior high school volleyball moved to the winter, it's only right that we continue to make gains!
Vert Academy combines the power of on-court training with strength and conditioning to increase an athletes vertical jump, reduce injury risk, and improve on court skills. This program uses an evidence-based approach that combines strength and plyometric training to improve power production. This program is for highly motivated athletes who are dedicated to achieving long-term results. We accept a maximum of 16 athletes/session to ensure an advanced training experience. Vert academy programming is periodized over the three months of fall to promote optimal results, and have you ready for club season! Athletes are welcome to sign-up for the entire fall, part 1, or part 2, but it is encouraged you participate fully to achieve best results.

YF26
YF26 is our highest level program, specifically designed to help University, College, and professional players maximize their growth during the off-season. YF26 is an application based program accepting a maximum of 25 men and 50 women to ensure the highest level play.
YF26 is essentially your summer team! We pair on-court training (scrimmages and league play) with world class strength and conditioning twice a week to provide the perfect blend of rest, play, and training. In it's fifth year running, this off-season program has helped athletes jump higher, hit harder, reduce injuries and get more court time the following season!
What else?
All summer long, we keep a leaderboard. The leaderboard is where we keep track of your individual points throughout the summer. Points are awarded for attendance, wins, player of the game, workout "one claps", greatest increase in vertical jump, and more! At the end of the summer, the athlete with the most points is named YF26 MVP (mens and women) and receives a scholarship of $500 at our third annual All-Star game!
College, University, professional, and high performing 18U athletes are eligible for this program.
Eligible athletes should also consider applying for YF.ELITE in case they are not accepted to this program.

YF.ELITE
YF.ELITE is our high performance summer training program for athletes entering 17U, 18U and first year college/university and is our pathway to YF26. YF.ELITE is an application based program accepting a maximum of 20 athletes (men and women).
Off-season is THE time to make GAINZ! Improving your physicality in the off season is a game changer, but as former athletes, we always felt summer training was missing something… high level volleyball! Sure, off-season is a time to de-load from impact and mentally recharge, but we need to strike some kind of balance to ensure continued growth. That's where YF.ELITE comes in!
YF.ELITE is essentially your summer team and is designed to provide you with this perfect balance. We pair high level on-court training with periodized strength and conditioning twice a week.
If you are entering 17U, 18U or first year college/university, you are eligible for this program.
Fall Speed and Plyo
Eligibility: All athletes aged 13U-Pro
Program duration: Monthly (September, October, November), or weekly registration.
*This program is not appropriate for athletes dealing with lower leg or knee injuries*
Speed and Plyo days are back! We initially offered this program way back in 2020 when Covid forced us outside. Well, due to popular demand, we're bringing it back! The only change, this time we'll be inside!
Force x Velocity = Power
Relative power is our greatest indicator of an athlete who jumps high and moves fast! While strength training focusses on the "force" side of the equation, this program emphasizes velocity (speed), making this program the perfect complement to Vert Academy.
We'll be sprinting, skipping, jumping and bounding, all while teaching you the techniques and guidelines to take your athleticism to the next level!
POSITION SPECIFIC ACADEMIES
Our position specific academies pair you with coaches who have played your position at some of the highest levels and can teach you the tricks of the trade! These small group sessions have a low athlete-to-coach ratio to ensure you not only receive plenty of information, but also, plenty of reps!
