Service Description

Speed and Plyo days are back! We initially offered this program way back in 2020 when Covid forced us outside. Well, due to popular demand, we brought it back in the summer of 2025 and we are doing it again this summer! Relative power is our greatest indicator of an athlete who jumps high and moves fast! While strength training focusses on the "force" side of the equation, this program emphasizes velocity (speed), making this program the perfect complement to Vert your training. We'll be sprinting, skipping, jumping and bounding, all while teaching you the techniques and guidelines to take your athleticism to the next level! Eligibility: All athletes aged 13U & up Full Summer, Monthly (June,July,August), or weekly registration available *This program is not appropriate for athletes dealing with lower leg or knee injuries* Saturdays 1:00 - 2:00pm at the Volleyball Academy.
